One of its consequences is the shrinking population of young people and the growing average age of workers. In the light of the forecast deficiency and growing of the resources of workforce the concept of age management in the company is becoming more popular. This paper familiarizes the reader with the essence of age management, presenting its main premises, scopes of activity and benefits resulting from its use.
