 abstract={Marked nontamination of the Cybina River is one of reasons of hipertrophy and degradation of the Swarzędzkie Lake. Situation of this lake in the lower course of the Cybina River resulted in high loading of nutrients and organic compounds. This pollution, originated from all over the catchment area is brought to the lake with water of main tributary.},
 abstract={The main goal of the Polish-German Programme is the improving of water quality in the Cybina River and as a consequence also in the Swarzędzkie Lake. Elimination or strong limitation of pollution both from point and non-point sources is planned. Also an effective water management and protection model is elaborated, which is based on hydrological borders of the region.},
