 abstract={To enlarge the degree of safety Lubsko it was approached to building dry reservoir Stara Woda. Realization of this investment will permit on reduction of maximum flow from 12.4 m3/s to 7.1 m3/s and decrease flood threat. Reservoir Stara Woda will not protect the city from partial flood. The degree of safety flood can be better, if steering with water effluent from reservoir will be skilful.},
