The aim of the paper was to find out the distribution of the zink, copper, lead, and cadmium contents in soil profiles of the forest reserve "Bazany".},

The research revealed a high accumulation of all the analysed heavy metals in organic and humic-eluvial horizons. Moreover, it was stated that the trace elements content decreased with a depth of the soil profile.},
