 abstract={This article presents the results of research on the impact of fragmentation on performance of meat methane fermentation process, performed under meso-and thermophilic. It has been shown that in mesophilic fermentation and thermophilic fragmented waste is not significantly affected by the amount and composition of the produced biogas. It is noted, however, that the production of biogas in mesophilic conditions compared to thermophilic conditions was 2.0 to 2.6 times greater.},
