@misc{Chwastyk-Kowalczyk_Jolanta_Londyński, author={Chwastyk-Kowalczyk, Jolanta}, howpublished={online}, language={pol}, abstract={No periodical of major significance to the Polish diaspora published in exile in the United Kingdom and aimed at a niche readership-namely, the intelligentsia-has a stable source of funding. Editorial teams are generally compelled to secure financial resources for each issue separately. Among this segment of periodicals is the London-based "Pamiętnik Literacki" ("Literary Diary") - currently a semi-annual journal - the official publication of the Union of Polish Writers Abroad, which has been present on the publishing market since 1976. The journal continues to be published to this day. Its significant role in shaping cultural life up to 2018 was demonstrated by Jolanta Chwastyk-Kowalczyk in her monograph devoted to the periodical, London's "Pamiętnik Literacki" - the Journal of the Union of Polish Writers Abroad - in the Years 1976-2018 (Kielce, 2019). The author reflected on how long this broad literary and journalistic platform for writers extending the boundaries of Polish culture would be able to survive. By 2025, seven years have passed, and Regina Wasiak-Taylor continues to serve as editor-in-chief while also holding the office of president of the Union. A qualitative analysis of the journal's content makes it possible to determine whether the profile of "Pamiętnik Literacki" has changed.}, title={Londyński "Pamiętnik Literacki" - organ Związku Pisarzy Polskich na Obczyźnie - po 2018 roku = London's "Pamiętnik Literacki" - the Organ of the Union of Polish Writers Abroad - After 2018}, type={rozdział w książce}, keywords={"Pamiętnik Literacki" (Londyn) 2018-2025, Związek Pisarzy Polskich na Obczyźnie, Wasiak-Taylor, Regina, czasopisma literackie na emigracji, Union of Polish Writers Abroad, émigré literary journals}, }
