@misc{Rostkowska_Kaja_Radio, author={Rostkowska, Kaja}, howpublished={online}, language={pol}, abstract={The article analyzes academic radio as a space for the implementation of media convergence processes, using Radio Index of the University of Zielona Góra as a case study. It is based on the assumption that academic media, similarly to public and commercial media, now operate in an environment of deep integration of technologies, content, and editorial practices. The analysis covers three dimensions: theoretical, practical, and competence-related. The empirical section discusses the hybrid operating model of Radio Index, which combines radio broadcasting, video production, online distribution, and activity on social media platforms. Particular attention is given to changes in the competencies of academic journalists, who, under conditions of convergence, become ?multi-skilled practitioners? performing editorial, production, and promotional tasks. The article argues that academic radio functions as a laboratory of media convergence, enabling the testing of new formats and working models, although it is simultaneously subject to algorithmic pressures and organizational constraints.}, title={Radio akademickie jako laboratorium konwergencji mediów.
