Three hypotheses were put forward. The first one says that motor control training reduces lower back pain; the second one is related to the change in pain intensity; the third hypothesis refers to the efficiency of sanatorium treatment with and without motor training. The study involved 30 women.}, abstract={A survery, the Oswerty Disability Index (ODI), and the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) were used in the study. The data were statistically analyzed. The research showed changes in the intensity and strength of the felt pain as well as in motor disability measured with the ODI. Better results were achieved in the studied group.
