 abstract={The aim of the study was to answer the following research question: How are teacher trainees prepared to perform professional duties related to the formation of responsibility for their own health and the health of others/students within the framework of health education? The author designed two questionnaires for the study. They concerned: the opinion on responsibility for one`s own health and the health of others, and the acceptance of legal norms by teacher trainees.},
 abstract={The results showed an ambivalent attitude in 57.3% of the respondents. One in five rejects the legal consequences that may be encountered while performing a professional role (19.9%). Legal norms are accepted by 22.7% of the respondents. The analysis of correlations made it possible to establish a relationship between the acceptance of legal norms and the reception of the idea of responsibility for one?s own health and health of others. There is a weak correlation between the variables. The relationship is statistically significant. The higher the level of acceptance of legal norms manifested by the respondents, the more often the opinions about responsibility for one?s own health and health of others are accepted among future teachers.},
