Vocational education aspects in the era of reconstruction are emphasized, and subsequent stages and conditions related to the implementation of the dual training model are taken into account. Based on the analysis of documents, the author presents recommendations for the perception of vocational school as a school of positive choice which responds to the needs of the labor market.}, abstract={The imposed social framework has fundamental implications for the achievement of the goals of vocational education of students of Level 1 vocational school, who under these specific conditions must be prepared to perform vocational tasks in a dynamically changing environment. They are decisive for the creation of information- and knowledge-based opportunities for both teachers and students.
