It is not only the space for the library stock, but it is a place for people. It is not onlya lending and reading room, but also a place for learning. It is the centre of the university's intellectual life, and an area which is convenient for exchanging ideas,team work and relax.The article mentions some factors and reasons why the Department Library is attractive: interior design, equipment, furniture, good localization in the environment, and the fact that it is a non-commercial and not expensive meeting venue.It is attractive not only for the students and academic teachers but also for people who are not associated with the university, for example kindergarteners, schoolpupils and senior citizens.
