 abstract={In the years 1949-1956, in accordance to the Polish communists? will, books praising the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics were propagated in the library in the Czerwieńsk village, Zielona Góra County. Among others, the following communist activists were idealised: Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, Joseph Stalin and Felix Dzerzhinsky. The readers in the village were not interested in these extremely political publications, as they were mainly familiarizing themselves with the old Polish classical literature.},
