 abstract={The text presents the scientific research of the students from the Scientific Club of the University of Zielona Góra, named "Cooperation", which included preparation, conducting and developing of the research on the topic of passion, as well as a conference that presented the results and conclusions. Using a questionnaire, a survey was conducted amongst the students who study Early-School and Preschool Pedagogy.},
 abstract={Students` passions were examined as well as their thoughts on the key factors that are valuable to inspire and shape passions in others. The point of interest was also the competence gained from pursuing passions. Conclusion from the research and discussions during the conference, show that working on one?s passion can make a teacher an interesting persona. It builds the teacher`s organisational, social, motivational and emotional skills in the eyes of the students who enjoy or struggle daily with their own passions.},
