 abstract={Survey sample and method: The survey sample represents 27 respondents: 12 Christian coaches and 15 clients who answered the survey question (judgement sampling). The survey was realized by means of inquiry via e-mail. Results: The responses of coaches and clients were summed up in categories and subcategories. This position satisfied in coaches and clients their psychological, social and spiritual needs. 12 coaches gained from this position serenity, trust, dignity and love to the other, saving the energy and amazement.},
 abstract={The 15 clients gained the following benefits: The ability to see reality in a different way; decision-making; self-awareness; responsibility; and finally renewal of the "self" according to the God's plan; recognition of work; joy. Conclusion: Coaching position of a Christian coach in a coaching dialogue means that a coach cannot interfere with the thoughts of clients during coaching dialogue, brings biblical world-view to the dialogue, reflects its qualities, is not completely neutral, prays for clients and is not reluctant to discuss spiritual issues. It means that this coaching position is in concord with the definition of ICT as the competence with the added value of Christianity. Coaching position of a Christian coach is important both for coaches and their clients.},
