 abstract={Managers are looking for indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of processes in their activities. The purpose of the article is to try to identify differences and similarities and to systematize terminology related to process management in organizations. The study uses literature research based on an exploration of the Web of Science and Scopus databases, with the analysis limited to scientific publications only, and the selection of available materials excluded other materials, such as communications, reviews or other documents, from the analysis.},
