1.0 mm consisted of weakly transformed organic matter. Conducted studies show that as far as fertilising properties are concerned these composts should be assessed as positive. They have earthy structure, a slight amount of ballast (7.3% on the average) and are mature as it can be seen from the narrow C:N ratio. There is a considerable amount of organic matter (40.5% on the average) and almost neutral reaction. Besides, there are considerable resources of easily soluble macroelements (available to plants). These properties indicate a good agricultural value of the examined composts.]]>
