This article portrays Bogdan Rusinek, who was born January 24 1930 in Chełmno by the Vistula River and who, along with the former ZHP members, founded an underground pro-independence organization called "Harcerstwo Polskie" in October or November 1950 on the terrain of Drezdenko. He was the leader of this organization up until 1951. On October 30 and 31, 1951 the arrests of the members of "Harcertwo Polskie" began. ; Bogdan Rusinek was sentenced to 10 years of prison and 4 years of loss of public rights and honorary civic rights by the Regional Military Court in Zielona Gora on July 6, 1952. He remained in prison from October 31, 1951 till May 31, 1956. He was being held in Zielona Gora prison, Central Prison in Wronki and in the Prisoner Labor Centre ? Quarry in Strzelce Opolskie. ; When he was released in 1956, he was hired by the "Dalmor" Deep-sea Fishing Company in Gdynia, where he worked until 1990. In 1991, The Court of the Silesian Military District in Wrocław nullified the sentence of the Regional Military Court in Zielona Gora and the High Military Court in Warsaw from 1952.
