Abstract_pl:

Celem tego artykułu jest przedstawienie placówek poradnictwa zawodowego funkcjonujących na terenie Gorzowa Wielkopolskiego. Do analizy wykorzystano materiał badawczy uzyskany podczas prowadzania badań empirycznych realizowanych w ramach przygotowywania pracy magisterskiej. Wykorzystaną metodą badawczą była metoda monograficzna.

Abstract:

The goal of this publication is to present institutional career guidance with a mediumsized town as the example. It has been written based on the research carried out in the framework of the Master`s thesis entitled ?Organization of vocational guidance in mediumsized towns; example of Gorzow Wlkp.?, under the guidance of Professor Zdzisław Wołk of the University of Zielona Gora (14 June 2007). ; The publication presents different centres, their offer, characteristics of a career konsultant as well as activities undertaken in order to develop the cooperation. Conclusions resulting from the research carried out point out the necessity for undertaking actions aimed at further specialization of the centres, their offer as well as creating a direct cooperation network between different centres in the framework of lifelong guidance.
