W artykule przedstawiono analizę niepewnego zatrudnienia kobiet i mężczyzn w Polsce. Autorzy omawiają, opierając się na wynikach badań przeprowadzonych w 2015 roku na reprezentatywnej próbie losowo wybranych Polaków w ramach projektu ?Równość płci a jakość życia - znaczenie równości płci w rozwoju Europy na przykładzie Polski i Norwegii? (GEQ), wpływ form zatrudnienia na poczucie stabilności życiowej oraz równowagę pomiędzy pracą a życiem pozazawodowym wśród kobiet i mężczyzn.

Abstract:

The article presents analysis of precarious employment of women and men in Poland. The authors discuss, basing on the results of surveys carried out in 2015 among representative random sample of Poles within the project "Gender equality and the quality of life - the importance of gender equality in the development of Europe, as illustrated by the case of Poland and Norway" (GEQ), the impact the forms of employment have on the sense of stability and working and non-working balance. ; First part of the article presents discussion on the category of precariat in reference to, among others, the analysis by Guy Standing and Jan Sowa. In the following parts the authors try to answer the question about impact which less rigid labour market and unstable contracts may have on women and men. Results show that the forms of employment have different meaning for women and men. At the same time they show changes in employment that affect all employees regardless of type of employment contract. The authors underline the importance of intersection perspective in the analysis of precariat, and the necessity of taking into account reproductive and unpaid work of women.
