W artykule, bazując na badaniach przeprowadzonych na potrzeby mojej pracy doktorskiej, a także wieloletnim doświadczeniu zawodowym jako koordynator zespołu badaczy jakości w instytucji badawczej, zdefiniuję cechy charakterystyczne ?badacza jakości?. Omówię szczegółowo: jak postrzega siebie i swoją pracę, co zadecydowało o wyborze ścieżki kariery, jak zmieniała się ona na przestrzeni czasu i z jakimi dalszymi wyborami się to wiąże.

Abstract:

Quality research, faced with the increasing presence of advanced technologies are often perceived as "ordinary and old-fashioned", and the work by quality researcher - a moderator and data analyst, looks easy and attractive only superficially. Therefore, many researchers experience internal conflicts or even symptoms of job burnout. Polish industry of market and social quality research is at the crossroads. ; New technologies, economic crisis and consumers aware of market rules, force the reduction of costs and power the innovativeness pursuit. No one knows what is round the corner, the only thing that is certain is the change. In the article, based on research carried out for the purpose of my PhD thesis as well as many years of professional experience as a coordinator of a team of quality researchers in a research institution, I shall define the characteristics of a "quality researcher". ; I shall elaborate on the following: how he views himself and his work, what decided on his choice of career, how it has changed throughout his professional career and what further choices it entails.
