It presents the activities of teacher educators who fulfill the audit requirements or undertake activities that do not correlate with the imposed development criteria. The paper describes the experiences of teacher educators looking for "a golden means" and the actions they take to find a balance between bureaucratic criteria for assessing their professional.},
