The sample included 305 female teachers and 37 female directors employed in public and non-public kindergartens and other pre-school educational establishments.}, abstract={The study used questionnaires, designed by the author, to survey the teachers and interviews with the directors, as well as the standardised Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). Research has shown that in facilities where there are more conflicts, there is a lower rating of the facility`s management and less of a sense of participation in the management process.
