 abstract={The research conducted for the needs of the article was to illustrate trends in female white collar workers` behaviours in terms of the prevention of civilization diseases. The paper demonstrates several important issues regarding respondents` work and spending their leisure time actively. They also provided the information about the diet they applied and its impact on the prevention of ill-health.},
 abstract={The research indicated the relations mainly between a physical activity and well-being of respondents. Analysing everyday eating habits of the respondents it was shown that they do not influence the general causes of development of civilization diseases.},
