 abstract={The paper presents the progress of use of state funds allocated to the Polish-German borderland within the framework of Objective 3 of the European regional policy. It describes main priorities of three Operational Programmes of the European Territorial Cooperation, which are performed on the German side by Saxony, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and on the Polish side by the voivodships: Lower Silesian, Lubuskie and West Pomeranian.},
 abstract={A particular emphasis was placed on the analysis of the effects of the EU funds use by Lubuskie voivodship whose territory is covered by the intervention of two such programmes. What is more, the article presents the overview of the main activities realized through the use of this funding source. It is also enriched by the data originating from the Managing Authorities of Operational Programmes of the European Territorial Cooperation on the level of resource allocation of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and their actual use for the first quarter of 2012.},
