 abstract={The article discusses the issue of inclusive education and its selected sources (including sources related to existing international and Polish legal regulations) and the conditions for implementing inclusive education into the existing education system in our country. Particular attention was paid to the role, possible tasks, as well as preparation for work in the education system of a new specialist, which is (to be) an assistant to a child/student with special educational needs (SENA) and a specialized assistant to a child/student with special educational and health needs (SENA FTE), also in the field of relationships with peers. A proposal for a systemic solution for SENA and SENA FTE education is described, emerging on the basis of conclusions from the implementation of the project of the Ministry of National Education "Assistant for students with special educational needs - pilot", implemented in Poland in 2020-2023},
