Drawing on a review of the relevant literature, the study identifies mechanisms that support the development of creative potential, including autonomy, trust, openness to error, and a sense of community.}, abstract={It also identifies structural and organizational barriers, including the phenomenon of "punctosis", understood as an excessive focus on the parameterization of academic output at the expense of research quality.
