 abstract={The article presents the activities of the State Archive in Gorzow Wielkopolski in acquiring archival materials from private individuals. Pursuant to the Act on the National Archival Holdings and Archives of 14 July 1983, materials owned by private individuals form part of the non-registered non-state archival holdings. They may become state property by way of donation or purchase.},
 abstract={The article discusses such activities in the years 2009-2025, during which 419 archival units, amounting to 5.12 linear metres of documentation from private collections, were incorporated into the holdings of the State Archive in Gorzow Wielkopolski.},
