In the history of Silesia in the second part of Habsburgian epoch, exactly from 1629 to 1740, the social and public relations changed quickly. The first date meant the beginning of this changes on administrative level inspired by the transition to the initiative of rulers, and finally, the second date, was lied with the takeover of Silesia by Prussia. These dates are key and turning points of social life, especially the development of the aristocracy. ; They are not in any way a contractual nature, because in relation to this aspect of the history of Silesia brought about real change. This article is an attempt to determine the ratio of "new" princes of Silesia and their involvement in the public, political and social life in comparison with the previous era. From this description emerges in fact a description of the aristocracy, which compounds the emotional subordinate principalities andentrusts the offices, which were quite weak. Even so, they interacted with a new, post-war reality and then was born a kind of "new tradition" as interesting part of the history of Silesia.
