Of course, to a large range it was the Polish society, which in 1800 has been asked if the Poles can stand out on independency? Duchy of Warsaw has answered positively. Within a period of six years has managed to establish Polish Law School, created the independent Polish Army, developed science and education, cultural life bloomed successfully. ; Although many of those changes had a qualified success nature, because of the significant social resistance, as not everyone could recognize their meaning and importance, nevertheless only with the support of the France-Saxony-Poland association could continue reforms initiated by the lower house of the Polish Parliament (Sejm Wielki).
