Człowiek w całokształcie życia: rodzina - edukacja - praca
The study examines levels of studying-related stress and its selected sources. Author reflects upon impacts of external resources (such as support received from family members) and internal resources (subjects' sense of coherence), as well as moderating factors (sex, type of studies: humanities vs. technical studies). ; The research was conducted on 120-person sample. The results indicate that there is a connection between coping with studying-related stress and family functioning as well as with sense of coherence. The correlation factor is more significant for internal resources compared to external resources. The stress is higher among women and among students of humanities. Relation between moderators and stress are the highest among women.
