Celem artykułu jest próba zwrócenia uwagi na wykorzystanie historii mówionej do kształtowania tożsamości kolejnych pokoleń. Poznanie założeń pedagogiki pamięci, poszerzenie jej zakresu działania i wykorzystanie doświadczeń i dorobku oral history mogą być pomocne w archiwizowaniu pozyskanych materiałów. Wykorzystywanie nabytych kompetencji daje szanse na zachowanie wiedzy o przeszłości i wykorzystanie jej do kształtowania teraźniejszości i przyszłości. ; Nie bez znaczenia pozostaje tu rodzina, jako najmniejsza komórka i najbliższa jednostce, w procesie przekazu doświadczeń i historii przodków. Wykorzystanie historii mówionej w zdobywaniu informacji jest kluczowe w procesie zbierania materiałów i zrozumienia historii własnej rodziny.
Abstract:
The aim of the article is to draw attention to the use of oral history in shaping the identity of subsequent generations. Familiarity with the assumptions of memory pedagogy, an expansion of its scope, and the incorporation of the experience and achievements of oral history can be helpful in archiving the materials thus acquired. The competences gained in this way offer an opportunity to preserve knowledge of the past and to use it in shaping the present and the future. ; In this process, the family plays a crucial role as the smallest social unit and the one closest to the individual, mediating the transmission of ancestral experiences and history. The use of oral history in gathering information is key both to collecting materials and to understanding one`s family history.
