Artykuł poświęcony jest wybiorczemu oglądowi prywatnego archiwum domowego Antoniny Żulik - pionierki Zielonej Góry, której spuścizna została przypadkowo odnaleziona i ocalona od zapomnienia. Zbiór, obejmujący fotografie, korespondencję, dokumenty osobiste, pocztówki, notatki oraz pamiątki życia codziennego, stanowi cenne źródło do badań nad historią rodziny kresowej osiedlonej po II wojnie światowej na Ziemiach Odzyskanych. ; Materiały te, mimo fragmentarycznego charakteru, pozwalają zrekonstruować świat wartości ich właścicielki - oparty na rodzinie, religii i pracy - oraz ukazują znaczenie archiwów domowych w kontekście pamięci indywidualnej i zbiorowej. Artykuł wskazuje także na metodologiczne wyzwania związane z opracowaniem i interpretacją archiwów prywatnych oraz podkreśla ich rolę jako dopełnienia zasobu instytucjonalnego i elementu dziedzictwa kulturowego regionu.
Abstract:
The article offers a selective examination of the private home archive of Antonina Żulik, a pioneer of Zielona Gora, whose legacy was accidentally discovered and saved from oblivion. The collection, comprising photographs, correspondence, personal documents, postcards, notes, and mementos of everyday life, constitutes a valuable source for research into the history of a family from the former Eastern Borderlands who settled in the Recovered Territories after the Second World War. ; Despite their fragmentary character, these materials make it possible to reconstruct the world of values of their owner, founded on family, religion, and work, and demonstrate the significance of home archives in the context of individual and collective memory. The article also points to the methodological challenges involved in the description and interpretation of private archives and emphasizes their role as a complement to institutional holdings and as an element of the region`s cultural heritage.
