Edukacja artystyczna, jako składowa szerszego procesu wchodzenia człowieka w kulturę, ma wymiar społeczny i jednostkowy. W wymiarze społecznym jest zorganizowanym procesem przygotowywania jednostek do świadomego udziału w życiu kulturalnym. W wymiarze jednostkowym natomiast, może się spełniać w rozwoju osobowości, dając szansę dojrzałym wyborom w kulturze lokalnej, regionalnej, globalnej. ; Autorka artykułu przedstawia formy wprowadzania w kulturę, z jakimi młody człowiek styka się w środowisku rodzinnym, szkolnym i pozaszkolnym. Pisze o miejscu, jakie sztuka/kultura, zajmuje w jego życiu. Przedstawia także rolę instytucji oświatowych, jaką pełnią w procesie estetycznego uwrażliwiania.
Abstract:
Artistic education, as a component of a wider process of entering the culture by a human, has social and individual dimensions. In social dimension it is an organized process of preparing individuals to consciously participate in the cultural life. In the dimension of the individual, however, it can fulfil in the development of personality, giving a chance to mature choices in the local, regional and global culture. ; The author presents the form of the entering the culture that the young people can meets in a family, school and extracurricular environment. She writes about the place that art/culture has in their life. She also shows the role that the educational institutions play in the process of raising the aesthetic awareness.
